  • 1 oz 30ml Fresh Lime Juice: Balances sweetness with brightness (can reduce to ½ oz if you prefer sweeter drinks)
  • 2 oz 60ml Pineapple Juice: Adds tropical sweetness (fresh is best, but high-quality canned works well)
  • 2 oz 60ml Coconut Water: Provides subtle sweetness and hydration without added sugars
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut Milk or Cream of Coconut: Creates creaminess and richness coconut milk for lighter drinks, cream of coconut for sweeter, richer versions
  • 1 oz 30ml Non-Alcoholic Rum (optional): Adds complexity and authentic flavor (Ritual, Lyre's, or Seedlip work well)

Instructions
 

Classic Blue Curaçao Version:

  • Pour the blue curaçao syrup, lime juice, pineapple juice, coconut water, coconut milk or cream of coconut, and non-alcoholic rum (if using) into a cocktail shaker.
  • Add 3-4 ice cubes and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds until well-chilled.
  • Fill your serving glass with fresh ice, then strain the blue mixture into the glass.
  • Garnish with a pineapple wedge, edible flower, or maraschino cherry.
  • Serve immediately while perfectly chilled.

Blue Spirulina Version:

  • In a small bowl, mix the blue spirulina powder with 1-2 teaspoons of hot water until mostly dissolved.
  • Pour this blue mixture into a cocktail shaker along with the lime juice, pineapple juice, coconut water, coconut milk, and non-alcoholic rum (if using).
  • Add 3-4 ice cubes to the shaker and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds until everything is well-mixed and chilled.
  • Fill your serving glass with fresh ice, strain the mocktail into the glass.
