Cuisine American
- 3 oz 90ml Fresh Orange Juice - Preferably freshly squeezed for maximum flavor and nutrients
- 1 oz 30ml Fresh Lemon Juice - Adds brightness and balances sweetness
- 8 Fresh Mint Leaves - Provides aromatic freshness that complements the citrus
- 1 teaspoon Apple Cider Vinegar - Adds complexity and a subtle bite that mimics alcohol
- ½ cup Ginger Ale - Brings effervescence and ginger warmth
- 1 oz 30ml Simple Syrup - Optional, for adjusting sweetness to taste
- Ice Cubes - For chilling and proper dilution
- Garnish Options: Orange slices fresh mint sprigs, dehydrated citrus wheels, or edible flowers
Gently clap the mint leaves between your hands to release their fragrance and place them in your cocktail shaker or jar.
Add the orange juice, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, and simple syrup (if using) to the shaker.
Toss in a few ice cubes, secure the lid tightly, and shake everything together for about 10 seconds until well mixed and cold.
Pour this mixture into an ice-filled tall glass, straining out the mint leaves.
Slowly pour the ginger ale down the side of the glass and garnish with an orange slice and fresh mint sprig. Serve right away while it's nice and bubbly.
