Fill your glass with ice to chill it.
In a cocktail shaker or mason jar, add the guava nectar and lemon juice, then gently clap the mint leaves between your hands to release their aroma and add them to the mixture.
Lightly press the mint with a muddler or back of a spoon just 3-4 times, then add ice to the shaker, close tightly, and shake for about 10 seconds.
Pour this mixture over fresh ice in your chilled glass, leaving room at the top, then slowly add soda water or kombucha.
