Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz 60ml Pineapple Juice: Sweet and tropical, it softens the ginger's intensity while adding sunny flavor.
  • 6-8 Fresh Mint Leaves: Adds a cooling freshness that makes the drink more refreshing.
  • 1 Pinch Sea Salt: My secret trick! Just a tiny pinch makes all the other flavors pop without tasting salty.
  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Lime Juice: Adds brightness and balances the sweetness with tangy citrus.
  • ¾ Cup 180ml Ginger Beer: The star ingredient that brings spicy warmth and fizzy bubbles.
  • 1 Teaspoon Apple Cider Vinegar: My special addition that gives that subtle "bite" you'd normally get from alcohol.
  • Ice Cubes: Keeps everything cold and refreshing.
  • Garnish: Fresh pineapple wedge and mint sprig for that "wow" factor.

Instructions
 

  • Clap the mint leaves between your hands a few times until they smell fragrant. Add the mint, a pinch of salt, and lime juice to your glass or mug and gently press with a muddler or wooden spoon handle just 2-3 times.
  • Fill your glass halfway with ice, then pour in the pineapple juice and apple cider vinegar. Give everything a quick stir for about 5-10 seconds to mix well and chill.
  • Pour in the ginger beer slowly down the side of the glass to keep the bubbles. Add a pineapple wedge and fresh mint sprig on top, and enjoy right away while it's perfectly fizzy and cold!
