Ingredients
  

For the mocktail:

  • 3 oz 90ml immune boost tea of your choice (see Pro Tips for recommendations)
  • 1 teaspoon honey or sweetener of choice
  • 2 oz 60ml fresh pineapple or orange juice
  • 1 oz 30ml fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
  • ¼ teaspoon ground turmeric
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • Ice cubes

For garnish (optional):

  • Dehydrated orange slice
  • 2 parts dried edible rose petals
  • 1 part sugar

Instructions
 

  • Brew your immune support tea according to package directions. While it's still warm, stir in the honey until completely dissolved, then let it cool and refrigerate until chilled.
  • For the optional rose rim, rub a lemon or orange wedge around the edge of your glass, then dip it into a mixture of crushed dried rose petals and sugar (2:1 ratio).
  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, then add the chilled tea, pineapple or orange juice, lemon juice, freshly grated ginger, turmeric, and a pinch of black pepper.
  • Shake everything vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until the shaker feels cold, then fill your rimmed glass with fresh ice.
  • Strain the mocktail into your prepared glass, garnish with a dehydrated orange slice if desired, and serve immediately while cold and fresh.
